By and large, it was perfect base for sightseeing in Batumi, had much fun and met very responsive and helpful staff in that manner. The location was best possible, for example, Batumi Casino was relatively close to the hotel. The area was perfect not far from very cheap, the cable car, and the center and the old city where the main landmarks are, as the market and the beachfront road.

The property was luxurious with welcoming staff in that manner. The location was good, near old bazaar with easy access to a market and stores. Went to Divan Pub for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel's breakfast is plentiful and marvellous with at least fresh juice and pepper and a great view. The location is best possible and peaceful, 1 mile from Casino.

The breakfast had various options and was versatile. The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. The hotel had a beautiful design and a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful, with quick responses and good English. The pool, Turkish bath, and gym were free to use and open until 10 pm. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was excellent. The guest relations manager went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Nice pool, parking on-site. Savoury food in the restaurant, plentiful and marvellous breakfast with pepper and at least fresh juice, for instance. Absolutely perfect location out to the closest supermarket.

Beautiful view and great casino.
The swimming pool looked very nicely expressed "taken". Great danger of injury because you had to be careful what you step on, otherwise you could easily cut yourself.

The hotel's location is convenient with a supermarket nearby. It's just a short walk away, making it easy to buy any necessities. The room service is quick and efficient, and the breakfast spread is quite varied. The view from the hotel room is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.
